Due to sanitary reasons, street shoes are not allowed inside the studio. However - we sell stripper heels and they can be pre-purchased before your party and waiting for you when you arrive!

First, fill out our pole party form and submit your deposit to hold your date and time. We will contact you to confirm the total number of guests, gather additional party details and send you the pole party contract to sign. Your party balance will be automatically drafted 3 days prior to your party. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Its ok! You can have a smaller party, however, we must charge for the minimum. All people at your party must be paid for - no spectators.

Yes! Anyone over the minimum pays the same rate as everyone else in your party tier.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early to your party. Call ahead for directions so that you can arrive at your scheduled time. Even if you are late, the party must end at the scheduled time. Extra time for your party can be purchased at $50 for every extra half-hour.

We do not allow outside food or drinks, however, you can book our Legend Pole Party which includes refreshments for your guests AND we will take care of the set up and clean up afterwards.

Yes. All guests in the building must be paid for. We do not allow spectators. Don't worry though - we always leave time for photos and videos. And we can help your momma or grammy get down too.

Your deposit holds your chosen date and time and the money is put towards your total balance.

Yes! You can purchase extra classes at discounted rate for members.

No worries. Sign up for the waitlist! If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically bumped in and notified. If it's only a few hours before the class begins - you'll receive a text to confirm your availability first prior to being added.

Ask your Foundations Instructor for an evaluation to make sure you are proficient at your current level. Leveling up is NOT a requirement to have a fulfilling movement practice but we are here to help you if that is part of your goal.

Absolutely! Go to our private lessons page. If the date/time/instructor you would like to work with isn't posted, contact us directly to book.

2. 🎁 The pause fee is just $15/month and lets you hold on to your current rate.

3. 📅 Pauses will always begin on your membership renewal date—so if you're charged on the 1st of the month, your pause will start then.

4. You can still take classes during your pause🤸‍♀️. It’s a great way to catch up on any credits that might be expiring soon, while still holding your spot. Your class credit expiration dates will be pushed back too!

5. Memberships can be paused for up to 2 months at a time.

We hate to see our members go, but completely understand that change is an inevitable part of life. Before canceling, we would urge you to consider pausing your membership instead.

Memberships can be canceled after their initial term.
